🌴Mangshi is really more delicious and fun than I imagined!!
A small border town in Yunnan full of Southeast Asian atmosphere, really delicious, fun and relaxing!! I came during the May Day holiday but there weren't many people. There were so many delicious foods that I ate until I was full every day. The price-performance ratio was super high, and it was better than I thought 👍🏻

🔗Recommended places to visit in Mangshi
📍Menghuan Silver Pagoda
The Golden Pagoda and the Silver Pagoda are both on both sides of the same area, and generally everyone goes to the Silver Pagoda first. There are many photo-taking spots here, the scenic area has a more layered space, and there is a viewing platform halfway up the mountain where you can watch the sunset of the Golden Pagoda from afar, but there are also many people, which makes it a bit like an internet celebrity. 📍Menghuan Golden Pagoda
I personally feel that the experience of the Golden Pagoda is better than that of the Silver Pagoda, and it pays more attention to Buddhist content. The golden architectural details of the pagoda itself are more beautiful. There are four large Buddhas in the lobby facing the four directions of southeast, northwest, and northeast, which are more content and storytelling as a whole. However, there are fewer people and fewer photo spots. If you take pictures of people, you really can't get a good shot of the Silver Pagoda. 📍Tree-wrapped Pagoda
I passed by on the way to buy food, in a large open space. Banyan tree seeds fell into the cracks of the pagoda wall and finally grew into a big tree that wrapped the pagoda. It was quite interesting, but it was limited to circling the tree twice. 📍Xinwan Factory Night Market
This night market is really surprising! I thought it was a homogenized snack, but I didn't expect the stalls to have a low repetition rate. There are many local Dai-style Myanmar snacks and desserts: pounded chicken feet, sapai, egg-shaking baba, fried insects, spicy fruit, live crabs, etc. There are also popular snacks such as large squid stewed meat skewers, ice powder and lemon tea. There is also a night market outside with super cheap fruits
📍Bodhi Street + Bodhi Temple
A very tropical street! It's okay to take pictures, but the palm trees don't provide shade, and it's so hot in the middle of the day. The roadside cafes are quite chill and can hide from the sun
📍Dai-style shampooing and massage
Must try it! Shampooing + facial + head, shoulder, neck and back massage are condensed together and are super comfortable! Super cost-effective! !
🥘Mangshi recommended to eat
🥑Zhangbian fruit drink: The most recommended avocado milkshake! ! Strawberry jam, Pao Lu Da, and mango jam are all delicious, and the Burmese Guilinggao milk tea is sweet.
🍖 Ganying Pao Chicken Feet: Recommended by a Yunnan girl, there are many flavors! But it is very spicy and not suitable for Guangdong stomachs.
🍜 Changxiang Huiguoshou Rice Noodles: Achang food! It looks ordinary but tastes great, 30 yuan for two people to eat as much as they want.
🌯 Jinying Hand-Pulled Rice: Next to Guoshou Rice Noodles, it is popular and looks good, and the taste is also very special.
🍲 Yanming Dai Flavor Farmhouse: The taste is unique and the portion is large! But the food is very slow and there are flies all over the floor. I personally will not go there again #Manshi Tourism Guide #Dehong Mangshi #Yunnan Travel #Yunnan Tourism Guide
