The seafood is fresh and the overall price-performance ratio is high. It is much less troublesome than eating at a big stall outside, which is expensive and you worry about being swapped. Eating at the hotel is at least safer, and the food is still very good.
Just don't use too much salt when cooking, or use less oil, it's too salty.
The service staff is not enough. At the beginning, only one person was taking orders. Later, someone was assigned and the food was served faster.
