Jianzhouyan is definitely a magical restaurant, opened in Wuyi Mountain, in the scenic area. It does not serve local dishes, but dishes from ten counties and cities in northern Fujian (Wuyi Mountain is one of the ten counties and cities in northern Fujian). They don’t have much network, because they are mainly for local banquets. You can really go and have a look. [Taste] All-round. [Environment] High-end Chinese. [Service] It is definitely the only enthusiasm in Wuyi Mountain, and it can be seen that they have been professionally trained.

I didn't get involved in the local soul when I came to Wuyi Mountain, but I accidentally ate Jianzhou cuisine. However, this restaurant is still worth visiting in the scenic area. The taste is light and the ingredients are fresh. Osmanthus Jianlian: Except for being too sweet, there are no disadvantages; for those who like taro, mustard greens and taro soup are recommended: the taro is ground into a paste, sticky, glutinous and smooth, similar to the yam soup in Yong'an; red-eye fish is highly recommended: a freshwater fish with no fishy smell, the fish meat is sweet and the fish scales can be eaten, and some people order fish just for the fish scales; fresh pepper covered snails: a must-order, no fishy smell, and because it is a local specialty, it is extremely fresh and sweet.

The food was served slowly! The waiter looked sullen even when I asked him to hurry up. Poor experience.
