I ordered these three scallion oil dishes twice: razor clams with scallion oil, swimming crabs with scallion oil, and clams with scallion oil. How could they make them so delicious? The rich scallion oil aroma perfectly sets off the freshness of the seafood itself, and the price is very cheap. I especially like to eat small yellow croaker and large yellow croaker. I must order them when I go to a restaurant in Shanghai. I found out last night that what I ate was fake, because the yellow croaker in Zhoushan is so delicious, the meat is so delicate that I can't describe it. It's called small yellow croaker, but it's twice as big as the one in Shanghai. The boss lady is very enthusiastic and I will come again.
