🌸This restaurant is about 5 kilometers away from the Mingsha Mountain Crescent Lake Scenic Area, and it takes about 10 minutes to drive there. I drove there to eat because I saw the 5-star reviews. To be honest, it is not up to the 5-star standard. It is not a loss if you just eat there on the way.
⭐️The meat dishes are not small, and the price is moderate. It is the most conscientious business we have eaten in our 10-day trip to the northwest!
🌿The environment is average. Their business is really good. During the National Day peak season, there were not many empty seats in the restaurant at more than 1 pm. There were many tables outside the restaurant, which were almost full!
👩🏻🍳The service is not proactive, but it is also responsive. The serving speed is still quite fast, except that the fish is killed a little slower.
"Apricot peel water" Their apricot peel water tastes sweet, and the apricot flavor is not tasted. It tastes more like black plum juice!
"Dunhuang jelly" is different from the jelly we have in Shanghai. It was recommended by the table next to us, but none of us three like it.
"Scallion fried eggs" tastes OK. The scallion is very fragrant. My friend likes it very much. I think the scallion is a bit like leeks, which is a bit hard to eat.
"Grilled lamb chops" The grilled lamb chops taste OK, and the quantity is OK, but some parts are hard to bite.
"Red trout" The fish tastes OK, and it tastes quite similar to the steamed ones in our place. There are not many bones and no fishy smell. Southerners should like this dish.
"Chicken stewed pancake" We originally wanted to order lamb stewed pancake, but the table next to us said it smelled mutton. We were afraid that we couldn't get used to it, so we ordered chicken. The chicken was OK, but it was all claws and bones. The noodles tasted good, but the taste was not tasty enough, and it was a bit saucy.
