Claires kitchen at le Salon located in 35 Oxford St | Surry Hills, Sydney, New South Wales 2010, Australia, great French restaurant. I had a banquet in this restaurant and was impressed with the dinner the following week and didn't disappoint me at all. I have been to France many times, it is really good here, all the waiters are French, it feels very authentic. The food is great, the menu is good, the reasonable wine list is not too expensive. In short, the restaurant is good value for money and highly recommended to everyone.

We found this French bistro for our birthday. I walked through this place many times and completely missed it. The lemon whiskey here is superb, my main course is garlic snails. My friend ordered the stew steak, it was perfect. We shared Chateubriand and it was delicious. Despite the bad weather outside the restaurant and the busy restaurant, we fully felt the great service!

I had a meal there last night with my best friend. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food here is simple and the best materials are used. We can’t fault anything and highly recommend this restaurant to those who want to find a special place. There are too many such restaurants in Sydney, but it is especially worth mentioning that the staff here are very attentive and friendly rather than making you feel compulsive.
