My favorite new dish. The foie gras sauce is delicate and smooth, and tastes very similar to sober's foie gras biscuits, but the foie gras and wine are better integrated. Served with thin bread slices and crispy almonds, it balances the greasy and rich taste. There is also Negroni jelly in it, and the rich and slightly bitter wine aroma goes well with foie gras.
▹White asparagus quiche
The quiche itself is smooth and fluffy, with white asparagus cubes, and paired with Iberian ham and fried asparagus. The seasoning is light and the egg flavor is too strong, which is not my cup of tea.
▹Passion fruit milk wine white chocolate mousse
My favorite lavender lemon milk wine dessert before, replaced the lavender and lemon with passion fruit, and it is still delicious. In addition to the rich layers, the passion fruit's acidity is also bright and natural, which is more suitable for summer!
