Cookbook Cafe Review

Nha Trang Hotel is built along the coastline. The urban hotel is very close to the beach. It is across the road from the beach. It is also very convenient to go shopping in the city. International five-star recommendation to stay at Intercontinental, full sea view, very cost-effective. Local five-star can choose Havana, Diamond Bay Hotel, four-star can choose YASAKA, there are also some private beach resorts near the airport, recommended to quiet honeymoon customers, five-star Golden Summit Hotel, five-star Diamond Bay Resort.

The buffet restaurant on the first floor of the Intercontinental, the service is great, worthy of the five-star standard, we generally do not like the buffet, but this is not bad. The seafood is fresh, rich in variety and tastes OK. There are many wine choices. The service was good, we didn't have to ask anyone to help us fill the wine, they would take the initiative to come and serve.

Had breakfast at the cookbook cafe and sampled almost all the dishes and products. The pho were outstanding and the cheese selection was very good. The fruit and juices were great and the bread was excellent. I would also recommend some bagels and cream with the smoked salmon which was delicious, overall the food was great and varied from day to day so you had plenty of choice. The staff in the cafe are very enthusiastic and beautiful. I feel very comfortable and happy. I highly recommend it!

People always go hungry before eating buffets, but we ate too much, so it was enough! I was very happy to see a lot of seafood to choose from when I arrived at the restaurant. I took a full table without noticing. There were two of us... My companion was confused and used to it, so he ignored me! I was left alone to finish the meal slowly.

Advantages: 1. Good service: the dishes were removed promptly and the staff was quite enthusiastic. The resident singers ran around the place and performed very hard. 2. There were many kinds of desserts and they all tasted good. Disadvantages: 1. The seafood was not fresh. Although the pictures looked very tempting, you couldn't tell the quality from the pictures. The shrimp meat was soft and the crab meat was not only soft but also not yellow and very empty. 2. The salmon was cut very thinly and only a little was served each time, so three guests ate it all. Fortunately, it tasted good and was always replenished. 3. The only drinks were beer and coffee.
