London Food | Michelin Two-Star Core by Clare Smyth

This restaurant is now rated as a Michelin two-star restaurant, located near Notting Hill in London. My friend said that the feeling when entering the store is that the owner is a woman, and everything is delicate and has a strong sense of forest.
The restaurant needs to be booked in advance. I booked it a month and a half in advance, and then booked a seat at 9:45 on a weekday evening, and ate directly until the next morning!
There is a bar at the entrance, and there is a long table after entering. The main dining area is up the steps on the right. The overall warm yellow light looks quite romantic. The open kitchen on the left allows you to see the busy figures of the chefs.
The restaurant has classics and seasonal sets. My friend and I chose a 115-pound classic and a 85-pound normal set.
Isle of Mull scallop tartare
The plating focuses on creating a forest and jungle feeling, with a bird's nest-shaped pad at the bottom. The shellfish is a great design after it is opened. It has a very fresh and tender taste, plus a little green vegetable stew, and is decorated with green plants!
Potato and roe
Very ordinary potatoes, but they are also made with ingenuity! The shape is very special, and then small potatoes are chosen, which feel moderately soft and hard, plus the herring and trout roe on the surface, which is particularly delicate!
Skate
The cod on the bottom is very tender, everything is spread out, and then paired with butter and Swiss chard, a very unique design and taste!
Lamb carrot
The shape of the carrot is very cute. Last time, it was covered with shredded meat and grape-flavored slices. There was a white circle next to it, and the inside was decorated with green. Although it tasted a bit salty and indescribable design, the feeling of nature created on the plating is quite special!
Duck and red grapes
This dish is worth talking about. It is made like two boats. The duck meat is the big piece, and the surface is decorated like glass balls. The other half tastes very sweet. The whole dish also has thyme and honey!
Core apple
A very beautiful apple dessert with a very special mousse texture inside, and a sour taste!
Pink grapefruit
Pink grapefruit, with a lot of icing sugar slices on the surface, as well as grapefruit puree and grapefruit slices, the combination of sweet and sour is extreme!
Sharpham Park spelt
The chicken oyster tastes very special, not too fishy, and there is a rice-like part. The taste of caviar is also very good! The dish looks like a real bird's nest!
Oxtail stuffed Roscoff onion
This dish is absolutely beautiful! Because the quality of the beef is very good, the inside is a little red when cut, but it is very tender! Highly recommended!
