Core restaurant, worthy of being selected in the list of Trip.com Food Forest Restaurant, can really give five stars full praise, if there is really any fly in the ointment, it is that the portion of the dish can be bigger.

Marvellous restaurant. Staff are very attentive and the food is sublime. I urge anyone who enjoys culinary excellence to try this place out.I could breakdown each dish but there is little point in doing so as this this just needs to be experienced.

This restaurant called Core is a high-end creative restaurant. Although the portion of this dish is not particularly large, it is really delicious and looks good.

London cuisine|Michelin 2 stars Core by Clare Smyth📍92 Kensington Park Rd, London, W11 2PN This restaurant is now rated as Michelin 2 stars, located near London Notting Hill, friends said that the feeling of entering the store is that the manager is a woman, everywhere is delicate, the forest is also very strong. The restaurant needs to be positioned in advance. I was a month and a half in advance, and then I set the location at 9:45 pm on weekdays, and I directly ate until the early morning of the next day! There is a bar at the entrance, there is a long table after entering, the right step is the main dining area, the overall warm yellow light looks quite romantic, the left open kitchen, you can see the chefs busy figure. The restaurant has classics and seasonal set, and my friend and I chose a 115-pound classic and 85-pound normal set. Isle of Mull scallop tartare The plate pays attention to creating the feeling of forest and jungle. The nest-like cushion is at the bottom. After the shellfish is opened, it is a great design. It is very fresh and tender and tastes plus a little green vegetable soup, with green embellishment plants! Potato and roe Very ordinary potatoes, but they are also ingenious! The shape is very special, and then I chose a small potato, which feels moderately soft and hard, plus the top layer of salmon and salmon seeds, which is particularly delicate! The bottom of the Skate is very tender, everything is scattered, and then matched with butter and Swiss beets, very unique design and taste! The shape of Lamb胡萝卜 carrot is particularly cute. The last time it covered the shredded meat and grape-flavored slices, there was a white circle next to it, and the interior was green. Although it tasted a bit salty and indescribable design, the feeling of nature created on the plate was quite special! Duck and red grapes This dish is worth a good mention. The core apple has a high value apple dessert, which has a very special mousse taste and tastes acid! Pink grapefruit Pink grapefruit, a lot of frosted slices on the surface, as well as West Sliding Mud and West Sliding, sour and sweet are combined to the extreme! Sharpham Park speltchicken oyster The taste is very special, not too fishy, and there are parts like rice, the taste of caviar is also very good! Put on the plate like a real bird's nest! Oxtail stuffed Roscoff onion This dish is beautiful! Because the quality of the beef is particularly good, the interior is a bit red when cut, but it is particularly fresh! Highly recommend this!
