An outstanding restaurant! Gerty not only offered a delicious menu, but also guided us through it in a very friendly, humorous, and informative manner, teaching us a great deal about the region, the history of his restaurant, and the dishes and wines. Le Cyrano is highly recommended, both from a culinary and human perspective.

After many years returned to this very fine restaurant. The chef is still at the stove with the same enthusiasm. He regularly talks to his guests in between. The staff is very attentive and friendly. And only praise for the food. From the finger food to the dessert, all gems, both in taste and in view! Best to book well in advance because we tried to visit earlier during a stay in the region but it was fully booked every time.

Top-notch cuisine orchestrated by a passionate person. Good products perfectly showcased. Cozy atmosphere. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.

As an annual customer, for several years 1 or 2 times a year, we were very satisfied with the composition and inventiveness of the seasonal menu. Chef Gerty has high culinary thoughts and gifts to surprise the taste buds.
