I tried a handful of Anhui cuisine stinky mandarin fish and hairy tofu. The mandarin fish has more bones and less meat, and it tastes a bit stinky. The boss kept asking us if we could get used to it, but it's worth a try. The hairy tofu tastes tender and slightly sour. The amino acid content of fermented tofu is higher. The boss is warm and beautiful, and the dining environment is clean and hygienic. I will come to this restaurant again next time I come to Jiuhua Mountain.
