Danseok Ga Barley Bread Review

Very springy barley buns! They look like small red bean dorayaki, but not as sweet as Japanese dorayaki. The barley crust is soft, chewy and springy, and quite delicious. You can buy at least 5 at this store, unlike some stores nearby where you have to buy at least 10, which makes people worry that they won't be able to finish them within the short shelf life.

Looked like copper roasting, the red bean paste inside is great, not very sweet, original taste.
