Daqinghua Dumpling House (jialefu) Review

Daqinghua Dumpling Restaurant opened on the winter solstice. When I arrived, many people had already started queuing. Fortunately, I made a reservation. The four of us ordered 5 baskets of dumplings and 4 dishes. There were a lot of leftovers. I ordered a squirrel mandarin fish, but it was basically untouched.

After opening the menu, I found that this restaurant has a bit of history. It was founded in the 38th year of Emperor Qianlong's reign. It was opened by a dumpling restaurant of the Manchu people of the Zhenghuang Banner. Daqinghua wine is also famous. I ordered my favorite fennel dumplings, a braised pork bone and a cold dish. The two of us were very satisfied with the meal. The price is similar to what I ate in Chengdu.

This is an old restaurant. The restaurant is not spacious and a bit winding. The plates are big and the portions are average. They mainly promote Manchu cuisine, which is the characteristic Northeastern farmhouse cuisine. The taste is thick, but it is delicious, especially the dumplings.

Another Daqinghua restaurant in Anshan. Business has always been very good and there are many people. Only the dishes are Northeastern dishes. The taste is delicious, especially the sea yellow croaker is particularly delicious. It is worth recommending this dish. You can try it.
