Dashu Restaurant (taiyuanjiewanda) Review

I remember when I was in college, Dashu was popular for a while. The reason was that the boss was very handsome, and was called the combination of Lin Gengxin and Takeshi Kaneshiro. It was decorated like a classic tea restaurant back then, but now all the stores are bright and transparent cloud-themed. What remains unchanged is that you always have to wait for a table... New dishes are constantly changing, but I always like the old dishes: curry breaded chicken, three flavors of thick toast, pineapple buns, Hong Kong-style milk tea (must be cold!!) and pineapple fried rice.

I often ate at Dashujia when it first opened ten years ago. The food was very good, the environment was nice, the service was up to par, the dishes were always innovative, and the desserts were delicious too. There's a reason why the business was so good, and it deserves praise.

As for Hong Kong-style cuisine, it is slightly Western, which is exactly the style I like. The dishes do not look so greasy. I like the taste of Western food, but pure Western food is too monotonous. This improvement is very suitable for those who like the combination of Chinese and Western.

In order to clean the afternoon tea, the result is good. The ice cream tastes very good. It is not very sweet and not greasy. The thick toast is large. It is not very delicate. The ice cup milk tea is very creative. Unfortunately, the milk tea for a long time is not cold. The overall feeling is general.

Foie gras is great! It's very delicious, this is Western food, there is also a branch in Joy City, the menu is the same, it is very good! Every time I go to Taiyuan Street Middle Street, I will go to eat very happy. The proprietress is really beautiful and the waiters are very handsome. I hope it gets better and better!
