Dinner by Heston Blumenthal This duck shop is located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel next to Hyde Park. 1⃣️starters: meat fruit, salamagundy. The meat fruit that used to be a plum has been replaced with a chicken liver paste. It has a mousse texture and a layer of jelly on the outside. I was amazed at the first bite. It tastes even better when spread on bread. 2⃣️main: spiced squab pigeon, ribeye. The pigeon meat and ribeye are both very tender. 3⃣️dessert: tipsy cake, chocolate drops. I like this roasted pineapple + soft cake. The surface of the cake is crispy and the bottom is a sweet and soft cake soaked in brandy. Chocolate drops are also delicious.
