What a wonderful experience we had at this restaurant! My husband and I chose the 2 hr tasting menu mid day and didn’t do wine paring but instead enjoyed a few glasses of wine suggested by the sommelier.First let me say the presentation and explanation of each item was beautiful and informative. The service and staff were perfection! And although I have read elsewhere some people thought the restaurant decor was too stark or underwhelming (I think elegant and modern) and lacked background music, I think all of that was done to make the experience about the food because the food is the star of the show.? It stands out like a work of art in appearance and taste spectacular. This was a highlight of our day in Girona.
