The chain store in Shanghai and other cities is called Du Xiao Yue. Without the three drops of water, the dishes are completely different. The boss lady is very humorous. When we ordered, we said we wanted to order the cake crumbs because it is her special dish. Then the boss lady gave us a thumbs up and asked us proudly how we knew it. The cake crumbs are really delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cold on the outside and hot on the inside, silky smooth in the mouth, and it seems to melt in the mouth immediately. I ate sesame oil preserved eggs in Shanghai, garlic preserved eggs in Luodong, and now I ate fried preserved eggs in Yilan. Haha, it turns out that preserved eggs can be eaten in so many ways! Du Xiao Yue has a minimum consumption of NT$600 per person. However, the boss lady saw that the two of us ordered 4 dishes and felt that we couldn’t eat anymore, so she didn’t force us to spend NT$1,200. In the end, the bill, including the service charge, was NT$1,000 in total.

I came again last weekend. This time I often saw their grass jelly chicken, which was really refreshing, and the chicken was very tender. The soup was very delicious, absolutely worth recommending.

A very highly recommended restaurant. It was also recommended to us by a local friend. All the dishes were very delicious. The ingredients were substantial and the portions were large.
