Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse Review

This restaurant is really great! The ingredients are fresh, and every appetizer is a work of art that I have never tasted before^_^ I also made a new friend, Frank Fonda, the head cabinet of this restaurant, and visited the ingredients and preparation process in their kitchen ~ some ingredients require a lot of preparation I only taste it when I am over 10 years old. This is no longer the realm of filling my stomach ~ I feel like I am eating art😃​

Echo & Rig Las Vegas has $1.99 Steak & Egg - WHAT. This is not the usual Vegas Cafe Shop bargain, this is hand-cut Rib Eyes @ Butcher & Steakhouse. The Shrimp cocktail is also $1.99 and the fire grill hot dog is $1. They are also delicious, and there is no limit.

The environment is quiet and elegant, suitable for chatting and talking about things. The service level is also very good. The appetizers of the dinner buffet are all good, and the main dishes are more modest. I need to praise a waiter named Ramesh, whose attitude is very sincere. I came to this restaurant on Christmas Eve and had a Christmas dinner. This restaurant has a wide variety of food and the taste is particularly good. There are also many kinds of desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant.

When I was leaving Las Vegas, I passed by this store. It was noon, so I came here for a simple lunch. Their toast was very good, not greasy at all, but there was a lot of meat in it.

I ate a piece of chocolate cake, which was delicious. The chocolate flavor was quite rich and I didn't feel sick of it. I also ordered a steak, which was of good quality and not too old.
