eCHo Restaurant Review

This is a restaurant affiliated with the Marriott Hotel, specializing in Swiss cuisine. The service of a restaurant under a five-star hotel is of course impeccable. The fat middle-aged uncle at the door always showed us a "mysterious smile" every time he saw us. This was the most standard smiling service during our trip to Switzerland. When ordering, we were not sure which white wine tasted better. The waitress selected wine for us to taste again and again, and finally made us embarrassed. The decoration of the entire restaurant is very unique. In the center of the restaurant, there is also a cable car cabin with some models of Swiss specialty foods. You can tell at a glance that they are made in Switzerland. As for the dishes, they all tasted good, but I can't remember the names. We ordered three dishes, two of which we had ordered before. They were all special Swiss dishes recommended by the waiter. To explain these dishes in a popular way, they are beef potato cakes and grandma's stewed beef. Only my husband tried something new and ordered a sausage and mashed potatoes. The taste was also very recommended. I recommend it.
