Edelweiss Cafe Review

The staff were really nice and had to give a thumbs up for the quality of the food from the starters to the main course to the desserts, in my opinion this restaurant can be recommended to everyone, it has been a long time restaurant and the food is always good.

The food was really good and the wait staff was very professional. Although we have been here 3 times, I want to keep eating here, everything looks delicious and I also love the fresh and delicious seafood.

I ate at the Swiss restaurant and bar in Penang. The meaning of travel is to meet different people and understand their lives. This is a very interesting restaurant. The owner is a Swiss who was born in Switzerland and lives in Penang, so it is incredible that you can eat Swiss cheese fondue (cheese fondue, not cheese pot) in Penang. There is also the special Swiss potato cake (roesti). It's the first time to eat it. It's like the two-sided yellow of Shanghai. The potato shreds are fried golden on both sides, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's delicious with eggs, onions and bacon. Pumpkin soup is delicious and served with crispy garlic bread slices. Dory fish with mashed potatoes is also delicious. The specialty drink in the store is Penang cardamom juice. The ice cream is also great, and the apple pie is not too sweet. The change clip is very creative. The boss gave us a map of Penang as a souvenir.

This shop is closed every Tuesday, so I went there in vain. The boss is a Swiss who has been in Binh Thanh for 37 years. He bought the cafe and renovated it himself. He also taught me to enjoy a slow pace of life. The special dishes are potato salad with longli fish, pumpkin soup and Swiss fried potato omelette, which are all very delicious. The boss is very nice and will provide you with a free tourist map and share with you the major attractions in Binh Thanh.
