El Raco Review

Very pleasant atmosphere, a place with lots of natural light, large windows, fast service, attentive staff and typical food from a restaurant in the chain, highly recommended.

You always eat very well at Racó, with quality dishes (Orange salad or the extra burger) and excellent service. Will come back again!

We had been to this restaurant about 20 years ago and something happened, so we stopped going. We were recently in the area and tried it. We really liked it, the service, the food, the quality-price ratio... Yesterday we decided to go back to celebrate my son's birthday, but it wasn't as good... The food was very good, we ordered pizza, tartar, macaroni and a hamburger and everything was delicious. The desserts too... The waiters were very good, we waited longer than expected when we ordered something, but the place was packed and they couldn't keep up, despite the pace they were going. What I didn't like was the way the manager treated us. We arrived and he made us wait without even saying "just a minute, I'll help you now..." I don't know... something... He was going back and forth to the counter at the entrance, to the terrace... passing by us and nothing... In the end, it was a waiter who asked us and sat us... We asked for a children's menu, which we hadn't even heard about and it turned out that it was in a drawing that the kid took to colour... Well, they gave us a gift. When we had already left the place we read it and had to ask for it again, because the manager charged us and didn't give it to us... Ah! I don't know who was supposed to give them, but they didn't give us sticks either, we had to take them ourselves... I think something happened that they were short of staff, but what can't be is that customers come into the place and you don't even greet them.

The food and service were excellent. Yago in the dining room was attentive and friendly. It was a real treat to be able to celebrate birthdays in places where you feel at home.

The food was delicious, and the quality was really good. The menu was very varied. There was a lot of demand for pizza, which took a while to arrive, but not too long. The other items we ordered arrived very quickly. Highly recommended.
