Embassy Restaurant Review

Embassy is located at King's Road Angkor Village | Across the Old Market Bridge, Siem Reap 17259, Cambodia. Embassy is hidden in a small night market. The restaurant is small but beautiful, and the tables are beautifully decorated. The service is superb, and the two waiters will carefully explain the wine list and the ingredients for each dish. There are 7 dishes in total. Every dish is unexpectedly delicious and special. For example, we have never tried cuppacino mushroom sauce. The appetizer before the main course is also very special. A great experience! I heard that the menu will be changed every month. It can be seen that this is a restaurant that is particularly attentive. After the meal, the chef will come out to ask about your experience and give us a box of handmade maracons. Perfect ending!

【EMBASSY with high appearance and good taste】 Before coming to Embassy restaurant, I never thought that this western restaurant with only 8 tables on the second floor could make such exquisite food. As soon as I pushed the door in, the simple and elegant environment of Embassy restaurant made me feel good. The restaurant launches different dinner sets every month. The price of a set is about 30 US dollars including tax. It seems a bit expensive, but you can eat 7 appetizers, main dishes, soups, desserts, etc. that are as exquisite as works of art. I personally think it is worth a try! For each dish, the waiter will clean up the table and set the dishes for you, and introduce the ingredients and methods of the dish to you. Every dish is eaten from time to time. Asparagus, banana flowers, lychees, and petals not only add beauty but also bring a touch of fresh taste to the taste buds. Every dish integrates the characteristics of Western food with Chinese and Khmer cuisine and collides with sparks, which completely touches people's tongues. Each dish, whether it is an appetizer, main course or dessert, is presented at the right time, working together to perform a wonderful food drama. If you come to Siem Reap, it would be a pity not to come to Embassy Restaurant.

The prices of restaurants in Cambodia are really expensive, of course this is compared with the overall local prices. I personally don't recommend the fish here, the meat doesn't feel firm. The plating of this restaurant is quite beautiful.

This shop is located on King's Road. It is very conspicuous and easy to find. If you really can't find it, you can call a tuk-tuk to go there. The fare is about one dollar.

Cambodia's food is not famous among Southeast Asian countries, but I found it has a unique flavor and is more delicious than expected!
