We are always happy to come to the Estima that offers Fine Dining in the highest form, but also incredibly delicious and very selected tapas, which differ from the normal tapes offer. The service is excellent and at the same time unexcited. Mr Feldner advises his guests about food selection and appropriate wines, explains the origin and the specificities of the ingredients and this in a very personal way. You realize his own enthusiasm for what he does and offers. The dishes are presented with an eye grass and small artworks on a very selected box. Mr. Birth often comes to the table himself, serves his dishes with joy and tension on the reaction of the guests. He is happy to take his praise himself. And there is really just to praise. The ideas about the combination and processing of foods do not go out and creates astonishing, incredibly tasty creations again at every new menu (including vegetarian).
