I saw the popular Xiao Si Nu Qiao Jiao Beef in Shanghai, and I remembered the restaurant I ate in Leshan last October.
After a one-day tour in Leshan, I came out of Leshan Giant Buddha and took a taxi to Jiaxing Road Food Street. I arrived at the restaurant at about 13:30. It is really a popular restaurant. There are not many people in the shops on both sides, and there are many waiting seats outside their restaurant.
I chose the medium portion of "Qiao Jiao Beef Soup Small Pot". The beef was cooked directly in the beef soup. The soup was delicious. In addition to beef, there were also beef offal, but I think it was not as flavorful as the beef soup in Tainan.
"Blood Pork" was added with fried chicken beans and rice, which was crispy and smooth in the mouth. It is highly recommended.
"Braised Tofu with Brain Flower" The Mapo Tofu with Brain Flower was extremely delicious. One spoonful was so spicy, and then after a while I began to miss this taste again, and I took another bite...
"Beef Patties" chose the salty beef patties, which were very thin and tasted very good.
"Sweet-skinned duck" is a Leshan specialty. It feels very spicy, but you will feel sick if you eat too much.
