Firedoor Restaurant Review

This place had great reviews and I read them from very reliable reviewers so I don't know if it lived up to the reviews. It was actually better than the reviews said so I was very happy with it. The food was creative and although mostly grilled it was still innovative and delicious. The food was not cheap but the selection and wine were good and the experience was great. The dinner was a great dining experience. The wine prices were high but the selection was good and the service was great.

One of the main features of Firedoor is that it uses different types of firewood to cook dishes. The restaurant carefully selects the freshest seasonal ingredients and cooks them with different types of firewood, which gives the ingredients a unique woody aroma on top of their original freshness. Roast beef on grapevines, roast European chestnuts on applewood, roast mushrooms on eucalyptus trees... At Firedoor, wood is more like a seasoning. Before coming here, it was hard to imagine being in the embrace of nature in the bustling city and tasting the delicious food made with the help of raw wood. Grilled steak is a must.

The food was served very quickly, luckily I didn't have to wait too long. The taste was very refreshing and not greasy at all. I recommend it to friends who like similar flavors!
