FRESH ELEMENT. Before arriving in Pokhara, I boasted to my friends that the steak here is the best I have ever eaten in Nepal. A girl who didn't eat medium rare originally fell in love with this medium rare steak after eating it. We arrived at the restaurant at around 4pm. It was very cool with the help of air conditioning and electric fans. The medium rare steak was several levels lower than the boasted one. Did they change the chef? The environment and service are equally excellent. I will try something else next time.

Pokhara/. Stayed here for two days. If Kathmandu is the most "prosperous" and "convenient" capital in the eyes of local Nepalis, then Pokhara is a resting place for hikers from other places like us. The whole city extends with Phewa Lake as the center. There are many meditation and recuperation resorts on the mountain, and the lakeside at the foot of the mountain has developed into a tourist area. Hotels, youth hostels, restaurants, and cafes have become a gathering place for hikers and tourists. I didn't sleep well in Pokhara for the two nights I stayed there. I woke up at four or five o'clock every day; fortunately, the coffee shop downstairs opened at six o'clock, so I took a book to read, drink tea, coffee, and have breakfast. Then I can stroll by the lake, and if the weather is good, I can see the sunrise. You can go paragliding, or experience singing bowl meditation courses. The small shops on the street are also very good to visit. There are many bookstores where you can buy second-hand books in English. A few small shops I like: -Camellia Cafe＊The interior design and style are very good - Fresh Element＊A three-story restaurant with many dishes. In addition to delicious white food, the Chinese stir-fry is also very good. -Vegan Way＊A vegetarian cafe by the lake, you can also eat simple meals. -Juicery Cafe＊There is a band in the store after 7:30 every night, and you can order wine; it is an ordinary Western restaurant during the day. -Ayurvedico Cafe＊In addition to food, there are many functional healing teas to order in the Ayurvedic cafe. The ingredients seem strange but the taste is good. - Coffee Looms Company＊A coffee shop opened by a Korean couple. I ordered matcha latte and banana cake in the store that afternoon; the banana cake is amazing. -Peace Hotel＊A Chinese restaurant I went to with a Chinese friend I met during the hike. Although the serving speed is slow, the taste is quite authentic. - Junkiri *The Chinese name should be Firefly. The chef training class of Nepal's "Nepalese Cong Cuisine" has been successfully concluded. The students cooked for the semester report and made six dishes, one soup and one noodle for me to see them off. Nepalese students are honest, insightful and hardworking.
