I went to Yangzhou Fuchun Tea House. I went in the morning and found that the tea house was crowded. The first and second floors were all tourists who came to taste morning tea. There were diners waiting on the edge of each table. There were many people queuing up to order, so I had to go to other attractions first. At about 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I came to Fuchun Tea House again. The diners were obviously less than in the morning. The first floor was not opened. I queued up on the second floor to order. I ordered Yangzhou-style crab yellow dried silk, fried bamboo shoots paste, onion and fat sausage and other dishes, and tasted crab yellow buns, vegetarian vegetable buns, crab yellow steamed dumplings, seafood dumplings, three-ding buns, jade roast wheat and so on. The paste tastes delicious, the fat intestines are fat and not greasy, it is slightly salty, and the crab yellow buns and vegetarian vegetable buns taste good. I finally tasted Fuchun buns twice a day, and it was a worthwhile trip.
