The restaurant is easy to find, opposite the train station, next to the cathedral, in fact, it is the square in front of the station.
It is very popular. I ordered a large portion of roasted pork elbow of 1100g, which is large enough for two or three people to share. There is another 450g, two of which are roasted, and one is boiled. The roasted pork elbow is served with roasted potatoes, not mashed potatoes or balls, which tastes better. The sauerkraut is sour and sweet, which is different from other restaurants and very distinctive. There is only one flavor of beer and only a small cup, which looks like 0.2L. The waiter will mark the card on the table for each order.
After checking out, I found that the bill already included a 3 euro tip, which is the only thing I saw in Germany. Generally, restaurants are voluntary to tip.
