Galangal Review

After playing all day, I was hungry. Follow me to Galangal and try the local dishes. [Smuggling] Pineapple fried rice is not satisfactory (I feel that the locals don’t know how to fried rice in a few days), but fried vegetables and spring rolls are naturally strong. The sauce is also a highlight. Appetizer and fresh.

This restaurant is not far from the beach, it is also a relatively well-known product here. Every time I pass by, there are many people. The environment inside is quite good. Some open-air locations are my favorite, because it is still quite cool at night. In terms of service, it is still OK, the food is still very fast, the Vietnamese spring rolls here are quite good in so many places, it should be a modified taste, the seafood platter is also very good, the price is very good, just ordinary, not cheap.

When you arrive in Nha Trang, Vietnam, you just need to see the scenery and eat delicious food! We went there for lunch, and there were not many diners. This restaurant is just a few turns away from the hotel. It has two floors and a lot of seats. All restaurants in Nha Trang do not have air conditioning (except the restaurant in the hotel), and they all rely on electric fans to dissipate heat. I mainly ordered rice noodles and fried rice. No matter what side dishes the rice noodles are paired with, they taste very good, but the quantity is small; as for fried rice, the rice is the kind of Q hard grains separated. Next, Vietnamese spring rolls are really delicious, and this dish is indispensable for every meal. Whether it is fried spring rolls or spring rolls with transparent crust, they taste very good. The spring rolls with transparent crust have a more refreshing taste and are seasoned with sauce; whether the fried spring rolls are filled with vegetables or meat, they are very delicious and not greasy. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant feels pretty good. The pork ribs are quite delicious and the portion is large. The spring rolls are also good. The seafood fried noodles are also better than other restaurants. The only difference is that the soup is sweet and salty, which is strange. I didn't want it after one bite. Overall, it's a good review. I will definitely visit this restaurant again!
