George's Paragon Seafood Restaurant Review

George's Paragon Seafood Restaurant is right by the river, with a view of the night view of Brisbane and many sightseeing boats sailing on the river. The food is more Mediterranean, like Greek food, but it is made silly with yogurt.

Very good restaurant, right over the Brisbane River, suitable for couples dating, also suitable for business banquets. If you sit down and order before 6 o'clock, most dishes are half price, very cost-effective. Ordered veal with crayfish tail for less than 30 dollars, the cream sauce is so delicious that you want to eat the plate, the seafood is super fresh. The red wine sauce is a little sweet for me, I prefer white sauce. It's a pity that I haven't tried desserts, and I am full every time after two dishes. The service is super good, and they will come to ask if you are satisfied with the dishes.

We had our Xmas party there. There was 10 of us. There were 3 sittings so we had to be in by 12:30 and out by 2 pm. Food was slow but when it came was incredible. Great views, drinks were great. Staff tried hard but was difficult day for them. Would definitely do again next year.

It is a well-known seafood restaurant. The cod there is delicious, the mushroom soup is well made, and the other dishes are smaller in portion. The restaurant is mainly for the environment. The scenery inside is nice and you can see the sea directly.

The overall environment of the restaurant is elegant. We were arranged to sit on the balcony. The indoor tables were covered with tablecloths, but the tables on the balcony were not. I don't understand why? It is incredible that high-end restaurants don't have tablecloths, and we think the grade is much lower. The seafood tastes average (the best ones are in China and Italy), but the view is wide and beautiful, the waiters are very careful and enthusiastic, and the desserts are delicious. I was quite happy eating!

The main dishes and seafood are average for Italian food, but there is a 20% surcharge on weekends and holidays. The environment is beautiful. The desserts are great and more in line with Chinese tastes than those in other dessert shops, not too sweet.
