Goldener Adler Review

Perfect in every way; food, service and experience. We are a family of four including kids 18 and 14. We all loved it and were made to feel very comfortable in a very good restaurant. Relaxed fine dining……bravo!

We wanted something elegant but not feel stuffy and somewhere that serves German dishes. We were an hour early for our reservation (sightseeing finished earlier than planned) and we were seated immediately. Really kind staff and the food was great value for money. My favourite was the soup with the meat and spinach dumpling! Great selection of local wines and an impeccable table setting. Loved it!

Took my wife there after reading strong recommendation from Michelen Website. It exceeded our expectations. Food was wonderful, service was excellent and atmosphere was perfect for a mothers day dinner. We will be back and strongly recommend for a couples night out.

Great atmosphere (once the table of overly privileged Americans playing wealth oneupmanship at full volume at the table next door left the restaurant). Food was fantastic, Germanic soul food at its best. Generous, wholesome and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely return if visiting Stuttgart again.

Beautiful venue, gorgeous patio and vibey interior. The food is terrific and very good value for the reasonable prices. The wait staff was knowledgeable, spoke both German and native-fluent English, and were friendly beyond belief. The male chef, however, was a bit gruff and borderline rude when telling us that they were closed and we needed to get out. All in all, though, a neighborhood gem and lovely place for a quiet romantic dinner.
