I believe that for the amount of money requested and for the three stars things can be better. For example - the tap water weren't cool or tasty, which is something that most houses can and do deliver without buying bottles. Some of the dishes didn't feel balanced enough, from my recollection - the strawberry dessert wasn't balanced, the sesame felt out of place. We were sitting in the middle of the room and it was way too crowded for some of us to enjoy the meal. Most dishes were very nice and properly executed.
