I am speechless. The restaurant is magnificent. Every dish is flawless: the taste, texture, and presentation. The entire team is 100 out of 10. It left only the best memories. It was very valuable to talk to the team and learn about the immense work, effort, and care, as well as the love and passion that stands behind all this splendour. A huge thank and admiration to Hélène, who has created such a wonderful place with amazing people, values, flavours, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. I highly recommend visiting, and I will definitely return more than once!

London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis. Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example). The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef's Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

I booked a seat with high expectations, but I was a little disappointed from the start of the appetizer. The presentation was beautiful but the taste was average. Some dishes had heavy sauces, and the scallops were a good one. All the ingredients were fresh and the meat tasted good, but it was a pity that no amazing food was made. The dessert was a bit weird, I personally didn't like it. The environment was beautiful and the service was enthusiastic. The price for 2 people plus tax and service fee was 680 pounds. The overall price was high, and the taste was not worth the price. It is recommended to order a three-course meal to taste fresh.

The Helen Dahouz restaurant is named after the chef here. As one of the Michelin restaurants, after the guests are seated, they will be served samples of the day's main dishes, so that the guests can taste them first and choose their favorites, making it convenient for guests to order. The bluefin tuna and foie gras are well cooked, and the Burgundy wine at 85 pounds a bottle is also good.

The Connaught, a restaurant in a century-old five-star hotel, has been run by female chefs for the past decade. Now it has been nine years under the management of Helene Darroze. The interesting "chessboard-style" ordering experience of this two-star restaurant can be talked about for a long time. The waiter gives you a wooden plate full of small white balls. Each ball represents a dish. The rule is to only leave the small balls of the dishes you want to order on the chessboard, and then hand the chessboard to the waiter to complete the order. Wild garlic lasagna with smoked eel (wild garlic, smoked eel, ricotta, Meyer lemon) is one of the balls I left. Imagine half of the thick eel sauce at the bottom of the plate, half of the fresh wild garlic sauce, and the elegant and mild lasagna and eel meat on top, like a harmonious and subtle yin and yang sliding into the stomach. What really impressed me about Helene was her specialty: pan-fried scallops (scallop, Tandoori, carrot, citrus, coriander). The Scottish scallops fried on high heat, dipped in carrot mousse, drizzled with green onion and coriander juice, and topped with one or two slices of fresh kumquat peel, have a complex and layered taste. I have to admire the chef's understanding of taste. Overall evaluation: delicious/high score for the environment, recommended to visit, Michelin two stars are well deserved.

Michelin two-star Helene Darroze at the Connaught Hotel One of the only four Michelin three-star restaurants in London, it is very proud and closed for the summer. The foie gras rabbit is good. The service is excellent, low-key, yet luxurious. I ordered a glass of white wine, and it had to be good and drunk...
