Hostaria Da Edo Review

There is a nice terrace outside of the restaurant where you breathe a little bit of nature, which is very nice. But the best experience was of course with the food : I recommend a lot selection of different ham (prosciutto), and different meat dishes like pork.

Sunday lunch with the family. Simple and informal atmosphere, like an 'old trattoria'. Good, traditional, simple, sincere, home-made dishes. We had a great time. Excellent value for money too.

On my way back from Tirano I stopped at this Hostaria. After a slightly confusing first impression, I found friendliness and good food. A bit of noise inside the room due to a large group, but that's okay. If you're in the area, this is definitely a recommended place.

Even though I arrived very late, they still found me a table: I ate delicious roast suckling pig, very respectable house red, a welcoming place, a room with a crackling fireplace that warms the atmosphere. If you then want to digest by taking a walk in nature, there is no shortage of paths that venture towards the surrounding mountains.

Excellent service: they were waiting for us and at the table we had added the high chair for my baby, as requested. Exquisite local dishes and excellent quality/price ratio. To return.
