A very famous steak house in Vancouver, they serve very good Wellington steak. It is a British-style steak house and looks quite upscale. They have a wide variety of red wines and the prices are quite expensive.

Downstairs in Bill Reid Gallery, there is a unique "bongo" on the red brick wall: hy''s encore a charcoal broil specialty house. The delicious charcoal roast, this is HY''s Steakhouse, started in 1955. The dishes are divided into two categories: modern (modern) and classic (classic).
