IL PAGLIACCIO Review

It is a western restaurant located in a Roman alley. If it weren’t for a local friend who brought us here as a guide, we would definitely not have been able to find this restaurant by ourselves. The food is really delicious.

The restaurant is hidden in a small alley. It doesn't look impressive on the outside, but it's a different world inside. It provides innovative Italian cuisine, with fresh ingredients and unique craftsmanship. The combination of each dish is refreshing but not without flavor. Pork and duck dishes are especially recommended. The duck sauce is extremely deep and fragrant. Another advantage is that the wine collection is extremely rich and the service is very positive. It is very suitable to experience this creative but tasteful Italian food in the historical capital.

Service was superb and the experience was well worth the price. You will be satisfied and happy when you leave! Many interesting techniques were used and flavor combinations were introduced. Reimagining the cocoa sauce is crazy.
