I ordered an open sandwich with Southeast Asian flavors. The fried cod fillet was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which reminded me of the cod burger I used to order at McDonald's. Of course, their flavor is richer, and the bread is moderately soft and hard, which goes well with the fish fillet. The purple sweet potato mash and mashed potato with sauce under the plate are also quite special. This plate is too large, and the thick bread makes me feel that this brunch is very solid after eating it.
Duck breast, for me, duck breast is a bit fat. The bread slices served with brunch are toasted bread slices, which taste better than the bread of the sandwich. The sauce is very special! It is a taste I have never tasted before, maybe it belongs to the Platycodon series.
Overall, Platycodon's brunch is not as surprising as the stewed rice, but it is also the kind that you want to eat again after eating it.
