The annual lunchtime dim sum buffet of Jingxuan Chinese Restaurant of Xi'an Ritz-Carlton Hotel# is open today. Li Dongyue, the executive chef of Chinese cuisine of Xi'an Ritz-Carlton Hotel, combines classic Cantonese style with local flavors. He cooks every dim sum dish by hand, from delicious appetizers to various steamed products and dim sum snacks. The exquisite Chinese tea is paired with Cantonese-style tea snacks, which are salty and sweet, and accompany the leisurely time at noon😋 [Black Truffle Shrimp Dumpling King] The skin is as thin as a cicada's wing, crystal clear, and the shrimp is tender and chewy. The addition of black truffles increases the taste level, which is delicious and distinctive. [Glass Crispy Shiqi Pigeon] It's so addictive to eat a whole pigeon! The skin is crispy like paper, tender and juicy, very tasty, and very satisfying. [Hong Kong-style pineapple bun] The mini version of the pineapple bun is very cute, and it is crispy and sweet when you bite it. There is barbecued pork inside! Surprise! There are also pine nuts in the filling, which is very fragrant!
