I went to Jingzhuge Seafood Restaurant with my family on the weekend and had a great experience!
Let's talk about the shrimp first. When it was served, the color was bright red and attractive, and each one was bigger than the other. Peeling the shrimp shell, the shrimp meat was firm and chewy, tender and juicy, and you could tell that it was freshly cooked from live shrimp. The seasoning was just right, which not only highlighted the freshness of the shrimp itself, but also added a unique flavor. Even picky children praised it.
The shrimp and sea urchin fried rice was equally amazing. The fried rice was distinct, and the amount of sea urchin was super sufficient, which complemented the shrimp. The ingredients at Jingzhuge Seafood Restaurant are fresh, the portions are substantial, and the taste is superb. I will definitely come again next time!
