Jitan - Meditarranean Mood&View Review

We love hidden treasures...but only when you find them! See photos for the hotel that hosts this restaurant. No street presence is only great for hiding your cash stash. The service is super friendly and only the people that want to sell you stuff speak better English. Sadly, it came to greatest use when telling me that the 1 dish that the region is famous for, cous cous with fish, is "sold out". Able to Abe altered with a click. It's seriously the only dish a place in this part of Sicily must sell out of. People have been stabbed in the eye with a pen by Joe pesci for less. Second visit, still not...and the time to say this is when you give the menu, not when I order it...and the juices on the lunch menu? Only available at breakfast. And...these are displayed on a tablet.The food ranges from problematic (overcooked tuna in the pasta, no genuine appearance of promised Sicilian lemon in the pasta, or lime in the otherwise delicious spaghetti...a little juice in the sauce was fine, but the sweetness of the real deal wasn't apparent, nor a lemon/lime fillet, supermarket bread (literally bought the same yesterday) , or the greatest rind in citrusville) to good ( perfectly cooked supermarket pasta) to excellent (smoked swordfish and mozzarella) to sublime (the fish velouté in the pasta). The views are great, and the prices won't kill you, once you get there.

The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing, the food was fabulous. All really good, from the counter-dish to bitter. Delicate taste, very accurate flattering. nice staff. The best restaurant where we were during our stay.

Very clean and personal location super comfortable and very professional. Excellent also ports. Unique experience!!!!

The hotel is located in San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro reservation.

Special place, with a fantastic sea view. Good food well presented the dishes and cooked with good raw materials, perhaps a little too much price.
