This Japanese restaurant is on the must-eat list in the city. The food is excellent, but the price is not cheap. It is the second best choice for Dalian besides eating seafood. After the meal, there are porridge and fruits for free. It was full even on weekdays, so I successfully decided to go there.

Jiufu Ziman Cuisine Tianjin Street Store, a famous Japanese restaurant on the "Dalian Must-Eat List", is not far from the hotel where we stayed. There is no need to queue up at noon on rainy days. The authentic Japanese tatami is clean and tidy, which suits my taste very well! The male waiter at the door was polite, but he never answered questions. I was wondering about his EQ until he spoke Japanese and realized that he was Japanese! After sitting in the small private room and ordering dishes, the dishes were served in a short while. It seems that it is not as slow as the name of the store says! The thick-cut salmon is fresh, sweet and tender both in the belly and the back, which is really enjoyable. The beef tongue recommended in the reviews was cut into large pieces. The waiter specifically reminded me to eat it while it is hot. It is soft, tender and juicy, and every bite is very satisfying. The grilled cod, eel rice, pork chop rice, fish roe sushi and other products are also excellent, paired with draft beer, one word - "refreshing". Even the complimentary dessert of sago and mung bean soup was impressive. There was no bean skin in the exquisite small bowl, and the slightly cool soup was moderately sweet and tasted great. It was a pity that the sea urchin was sold out, so I didn't taste it, which was a bit regrettable. I had to leave the next day, so I thought about finding some Japanese food, having a drink at the bar and chatting. I came to this restaurant because it was very close to the hotel. I was told that there was no bar, only private rooms. It was also possible to be alone. It was very close. Ordering was a big problem. The beef tasted good, but it was not as tasty as the ox tongue. The sea urchin was too small. There were too few fish to choose from on the platter, and it was randomly given by the chef. I tried the big fat one. The price was really steep. The overall feeling was not bad, but the dishes were not special. On the contrary, the cute waitress was very kind. She came to care for me from time to time and made me feel warm.

I like the environment here very much. The small private room for 2 people is awesome. If I want to meet friends again in the future, I will definitely choose this place for privacy! My friends and I ordered sashimi set meal and sakura shrimp fried rice set meal, both of which were delicious^_^. We ordered grilled ginkgo as a snack, but it was a bit soft and not very good-_-#.
