家乡牛什是位于亚庇宾南邦小镇上的一家小店。由于餐厅位于华人的住宅区，所以提供中文菜单和华人服务，非常方便。牛什就是我们常说的牛杂，家乡牛什的汤底采用牛大骨佐以十几种药材及香料二十四小时炖煮，味道芳香馥郁，药材既去除了牛腩牛杂的腥味，香料又衬托了牛肉独有的香味。加入白萝卜或本地小萝卜熬煮，汤汁醇厚，萝卜的清甜让汤的味道更为丰富，而萝卜经过熬煮，非常入味，却又不软烂，轻轻咬一口，里面鲜美的汁水流入口中，让味蕾得到前所未有的满足。牛肚松软入味，牛肠弹牙爽口，配上特制的辣椒酱，让人意犹未尽。牛什面也是店里的招牌推荐，吃上一碗口齿留香，让人回味无穷。

这里的牛什面很好吃！料非常足也才卖RM8块一大碗！里面包括：牛肚、牛腩、牛肉丸等等，在沙巴吃东西绝对是真材实料满满当当的丰富！这家店的招牌金钱腱口味实在很适合爱吃牛肉的同志们，口感就是一块加厚的牛肉干，牛肉味超浓郁又惹味，和天朝的牛肉膏无法比拟！ 吃个米线、一杯饮料再加金钱腱吃很饱，3个人才三四十马币，性价比绝对高。
