I tried the traditional miso pork bone soup base and the new beef bone soup base, both of which are great. I stopped for a while to take photos before drinking the beef bone soup, and a thin layer of skin formed on the surface. There are two types of noodles, thick and thin. The thin noodles are cooked harder and the heat is not as good as the thick noodles. Maybe they are worried that the thin noodles will be easier to swell. The fried chicken is really bad.
