Xiaocun Fried Chicken is so special. The chicken wings and drumsticks are as dry as the chicken breasts, without any gravy. But the chicken skin is amazing. The crispy skin is fried thoroughly and is as crunchy as lard. The caramelized aroma instantly captured me. The spicy sauce is also amazing. ​

You can imagine how delicious it is. There is an octopus hot pot restaurant opposite the Gyochon fried chicken. There were a lot of people in the restaurant. I was too full of fried chicken and gave up the octopus. It was a pity. I still miss it a little bit now.

This restaurant is really as good as its reputation. Turn right from the front of Hongdae and follow the navigation to arrive very quickly! The front is not very obvious, but it is crowded inside. We came at 3 pm! The four of us found a waiter who could speak Chinese and ordered a sweet whole chicken, a spicy original chicken, a vegetable salad with promotion, and a bottle of beer endorsed by Song Zhongji! It was really satisfying! I highly recommend the original fried chicken! You will get sick of eating too much sweet food!

The store is not on the main street. I walked around for several times before I found it. It is very close to HELLOKITTY coffee shop and just around the corner. The price is not too expensive.
