La Bilaia - L'Agri Ristorante Review

Not so much an agriturismo as a fine restaurant with rooms with splendid views of the Ligurian hills (in which it is set) and the coastline. The chef and proprietor performs both his roles skillfully and creatively. We had the refreshing, freshly caught amberjack ceviche to start, followed by another house speciality, home-made ravioli stuffed with herbs from the garden and pecorino and parmesan cheese, topped with diced, fresh tomatoes. Our main was yet another Bilaia special, the fried, breaded gamberi, “cotoletta” style, perfectly cooked. We chose a simple Ligurian house vermentino that nicely accompanied our dishes. Lovely romantic setting by night with lights sparkling in every direction..

Second experience at La Bilaia, after one week from the first, same high level of satisfaction. I can't but confirm my high evaluation.

Always very pleasant to eat at Bilaia. Very attentive place and service, good dishes, but this time the trenette with anchovies lacked something to make them better, it can happen. Recommended

We wanted to try this Agri Ristorante, after friends recommended it. I can confirm that everything was very good, from the welcome to the food, everything was very well cared for and above all you can feel the use of excellent quality raw materials. We will be back 🤩

above Lavagna nice relaxing place with soft lights friendly staff well spaced tables. Presence of the chef in the room and well cooked dishes. Only one no the suckling pig with sauce so berries meat too dry. Recommended
