La Gritta Review

Is there anywhere in Mallorca that combines the fantastic view with food to match, if so please let me know. Stunning in every way

It was my husband's birthday so I called to ask if anything special could be done, and with a slight adjustment to our reservation time the staff put us on a wonderful more private table, with some little decorations too. Service perfect and food delicious. We'll be back! Also, if coming from the beach, you can walk up the long stairs then when at the road above, rather than go all the way around, look for the la gritta sign and take the private steps through houses to go straight to the restaurant.

This restaurant as set at the top of a hill, we walked it as sun had gone down but for less mobile a taxi is a must as gets quite steep. Lovely setting across the sea and at night you can see all the lights across the bay and the moon glistening across the sea. It was a little breezy outside but you do have a choice inside but we wanted the outside experience and a blanket was offered. All staff friendly and service was excellent. Food was amazing and wow the dessert trolly was fabulous could of eat them all but too full so we opted to share one. Food, wine , ambience, setting, service all fabulous. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely location with fantastic food, a great wine list and kind and dedicated service. A beautiful terrace with sweeping views of the Mediterranean - don’t let the exterior fool you, this is a fabulous gem!

This is a beautiful and elegant restaurant. The quality is excellent, and therefore the prices are very fair. The service is excellent and very professional. The food was cooked to perfection, we had the padron peppers and the sea bass for two. Then they offered us dessert from the dessert trolley and there too much good choice! There are stunning panoramic views of the coast as well as lovely views into the cliff side neighbourhood. It's very uphill, and there is no walking path on the road, but we were able to walk along the side of road as there are street lights. Definitely recommend having dinner at La Gritta, especially at sunset.
