The most important thing is that I have to eat in the mosaic and I am never disappointed.

The couscous is perfectly perfumed, light mud and ground vegetables. Tajinas are equally excellent, with soft meat and perfectly balanced spices. The hotel is warm, the service is attentive and the authentic atmosphere transports us directly to the Maghreb.

I appreciate the great choice of couscous and tags, all excellent, as well as the comfort and decoration of the room. A bemol: the desserts are not at the level of other dishes, whether it's patates or the Marokkaanse orange salad, very disappointing.
