La Renaissance Patisserie and Cafe Review

🍴 Recently I fell in love with thousands of layers, and I searched the Internet. The best thousand layers in Sydney are the old French dessert shop La Renaissance. I came here to try it. 😋 It is a very traditional sweet to death thousand layer, and the three more creative ones I have eaten before are different. I think I like the trendy thousand layer layer, continue to work hard to find!

When I was living in the Rocks, I went out to find food on the first day and found this shop. I was completely attracted by the appearance of the cakes. I felt that every one of them was delicious! The cakes are whole and cut. Since I was alone, I bought a cut Goya to eat. (Because the price of takeaway cakes is one to two Australian dollars cheaper than eating in the store, I decisively chose to take away.) The outside of the cake is already very appetizing. When you cut it open, the inside of the cake is also very rich, with nuts, and it tastes like mousse, and there is a faint hawthorn flavor. You won’t feel sick after eating the whole thing. It feels like you can continue to eat it after you finish it. Five stars, great! Hahahaha

This is a cafe near the Museum of Contemporary Art in the Rocks, Sydney. The decoration is very artistic and it is very suitable for a rest after visiting the exhibition. The coffee in the cafe is roasted and ground on site, so it is very fragrant and tastes pure. There are also many kinds of bread and desserts available here, which are also very delicate and delicious, and the price is quite cheap, which is highly recommended.

Picked the usual desserts, having never tried it before, I visited twice during my two week trip to Sydney. I love the outdoor dining chairs in the back. It was cozy and not too crowded on a holiday weekend, the service staff was friendly. I also took out a dessert for a friend. Believe me, I will come again when I come back to Sydney.

A very cozy afternoon tea shop, right next to the Sydney Bridge, with a quiet feeling in the bustling city. The desserts inside are also delicious. I highly recommend everyone to try their macarons and raspberry cakes, which are really delicious.
