This wonderful dinner, to say that this dinner has made me unforgettable in my life. I have eaten all kinds of restaurants over the years and have not been very impressed with the Western food I have eaten. But last night, just a plate of salad, it made me feel amazing! With seasonal vegetables, flowers and fruits, a dish of salad can present 80 ingredients! The most special is still warm, unlike the cold salad that is usually eaten! The emperor crab tongs are delicious; I never thought that silver salmon and olive bran could match so well! The last dessert also shocked our whole table! We all ate 12 dishes per person all night~ It’s not that we can eat too much, it’s really a surprise! The perfect product cannot be separated from the excellent team of chefs. Simone, a Michelin-star chef from Italy, is the proudest chef in the Bras family, and was formerly the executive chef of the French Michelin-star restaurant Bras and the current Michelin-star Bras in Hokkaido, Japan.
